If your child is un-well please do not allow them to attend any of the Sticky Fingers Sessions.
If your child becomes unwell once at Sticky fingers, we will contact the parent/carer and inform them of their child’s situation. We will ask you to come and collect your child; if you make alternative arrangements for the collection of your child please make sure they are on the contact list, which can be updated at any time.
Unfortunately no refund will be issued unless you have a doctor’s certificate, validating your child’s absence.
If your child/children need to isolate or their year/school is closed due to COVID-19, we will still need to charge for the days they were booked in for to keep our services running. Sticky Fingers is a small family run business and receives no funding.
If a parent or career is late collecting their child/children, a member of staff will first try and contact parent/carer by phone and then a named contact from off the registration sheet. Sticky Fingers asks parents/carers for a courtesy call if they know they be running late.
Parents or carers will be charged £5 for every five minutes that they are late in the collection of their child/children. The drop off Mini Bus service runs after 6:00pm so Sticky Fingers needs to vacate the premises on time. There are other hall users that require the usage after 6:00pm and we ask parents/carers to take this in to consideration, as Sticky Fingers will incur rental charges after this time, which will be changed back to them.
