Breakfast club

Breakfast Club is open from 7.00am to 8.45am.

Site 1: St Georges Church Hall
Cost: £5.50 a session

Site 2: St Mary’s Catholic Primary School
Cost: £5.50 a session

If your child attends the whole 5 days, there is a discount which brings the weekly payment amount to £25.

After-school club

Site 1: St Georges Church Hall
Cost: £15.00 a session

If your child attends the whole 5 days then there is a £10 discount which brings the weekly payment amount to £65.00.

Holiday club

Holiday Club is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm.

Site 1: St Georges Church Hall
Cost: £25.00 a session

Additional paid for and free activities will be offered on each day too for parents/carers to choose.

Staff Meetings

Staff meetings are held three times a week. If you have any issues that you would to air or clarify, please document them and hand them in to Sheniz Ormandji

Dropping off and collecting your child/children from Sticky Fingers

All parents/carers must safely drop off and collect their children and ensure their child has entered the building. A staff member will be at the entrance to sign and note time they came in and out. Please ring the bell located left of the main doors to gain entry.

Your Suggestions

We are interested in any suggestions that you may have. Sticky fingers organisation encourages and appreciates your input into your child’s early years. Please feel free to utilise our Your Suggestion forms, which you will find at the entrance of Sticky Fingers.

Polices

Sticky Fingers have a number of Policies in place which you are welcomed to read at any time the setting is open. Please ask a Team Leader or the Manager to view them.

Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint or you are unhappy with our services, please follow these steps below.

1. See a member of staff who is on duty at the premises, and tell them your complaint.
2. After seeing a member of staff and you are still not happy, please contact a senior worker.

If the above is unsatisfactory and you wish to appeal against the decision made by the senior worker, please contact the management committee, by sending a letter stating

This way, matters can be dealt with as soon as possible.
We will acknowledge all complaints within five working days.
All complaints will be taken seriously.
Appeal forms can be obtained on site.
